Ingredients
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Black Tomatoes - 8.8 oz
- Canned Corn - 1 can
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spicy salami - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Broth - 12 fl oz
- Marjoram - 2 sprigs
- Tomatoes - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the beans in 1 liter of water for 8 hours. Then boil for about 45 minutes until tender, adding 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 2
Slice the green onion into thin rings. Drain the liquid from the corn. Cut the salami into slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Dice the tomatoes.
Step 3
Sauté the garlic and onion in hot vegetable oil. Add the corn, tomatoes, and broth. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Drain the beans and add them along with the salami to the sautéed corn and tomatoes. Cook the dish covered for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped marjoram.
