- Unleavened dough - 1 piece
- Farmers cheese - 17.6 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Wild Garlic Greens - 1 bunch
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Heavy cream - 5 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash all the herbs, dry them on a towel, and chop finely.
Step 2
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine it with the herbs, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Thaw the pastry, roll it out, place it in a round baking dish, and create edges. Spread the cottage cheese and herb filling evenly over the pastry.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with the cream, salt, and nutmeg. Pour over the filling.
Step 5
Bake the pie for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 428°F. Remove, let it sit for 10 minutes, and cut into portions. Serve hot or cold as an appetizer or instead of a main dish.
