- Ricotta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1.6 oz
- Herbs - 0.5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 8 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter until soft, mix with the prepared spinach, add ricotta, beaten egg, chopped parsley, and chopped fresh herbs.
Step 2
Stuff the mixture under the skin of the chicken breasts. Place the chicken in a greased ovenproof dish and bake at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Serve cold or hot, sliced or whole.
