Description
A quick (and much more festive) version of herring under a fur coat. Unlike the bulky layered salad that requires grating ingredients, stacking them in multiple layers, and letting it sit overnight, this dish is practically ready in an instant, especially if you use pre-made tartlets. The combination of herring and kiwi is far more intriguing than the tired old potato, carrot, beet, and mayonnaise.

- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 1.8 oz

- Kiwi - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Tartlets - 15 pieces
