Ingredients
- Herring - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Onion - ½ head
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the herring from skin and bones, and pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Form two balls from the resulting minced fish and place each in the center of the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Boil the eggs, finely chop the whites, and sprinkle them over the fish balls.
Step 4
Make a small indentation in the center of each ball and place a whole yolk in it.
Step 5
At the base of each fish ball, arrange slices of cucumber and rings of onion.
