  • Artichoke bottoms - 1.1 oz
  • Pickled Apples - 1.1 oz
  • White Balsamic Cream - to taste
  • Creamy Horseradish - to taste
  • Aioli Sauce - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Filet the herring.

Wrap the four fillets in plastic wrap, shaping them into a log, and place them in the freezer overnight.
