- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Onion - ½ head
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs until almost hard.
Step 2
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 3
Cut the herring into small pieces.
Step 4
Put the onion and fish into a blender.
Step 5
Chop the eggs into small pieces.
Step 6
Add them to the blender and season with pepper.

Add the butter.

Blend the mixture, but do not make it into a puree.

Add the cheese.

Pour in the wine vinegar.
