Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- White bread - 7.1 oz
- Cilantro - 3.5 oz
- Herring - 14.1 oz
- Green Apples - 4 pieces
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fillet the herring and soak it in milk for about 5-6 hours to make it a little less salty.
Step 2
Soak the bread in milk for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into cubes. Boil the eggs hard.
Step 4
Finely chop the eggs and well-squeezed bread. Mince the onion and pepper.
Step 5
Place all the ingredients, including the minced cilantro and chopped herring, into a blender and pulse at low speed with stops until it becomes a paste. Then add the lemon juice and blend again.
