- Fillet of Sturgeon - 1 piece
- Borodinsky Bread - 2 slices
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

- Beetroot - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
It's best to make this appetizer using a mold. I used a regular one-and-a-half-liter plastic bottle (cut out a circular shape of the desired size).
Step 2
Boil the vegetables and egg until cooked, then cool.
Step 3
Place a piece of Borodinsky bread (cut into a round shape) on a plate, put the plastic mold on top, and layer the ingredients until full.
Step 4
1st layer — grated egg mixed with finely chopped green onion and mayonnaise.
Step 5
2nd layer — herring fillet, cleaned of skin, entrails, and bones, cut into pieces.
Step 6
3rd layer — mix grated potato, chopped green onion, and mayonnaise.
Step 7
4th layer — mix grated carrot and mayonnaise.
Step 8
5th layer — mix grated beetroot and mayonnaise.
Step 9
Carefully remove the mold, garnish with a piece of herring and a sprig of green onion.
