Hibiscus Tea Lemonade with Strawberries
Ingredients
- Water - 2 qt
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Rooibos Tea Bags - 6 pieces
- Strawberry - 2 lbs
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, add the tea bags (6 bags), and steep for 30 minutes. Discard the tea bags and pour the tea into a pitcher. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Place the strawberries and sugar in a heatproof container over simmering water. Let sit for 25 minutes to allow the strawberries to release their juice. Carefully strain through a sieve into the pitcher.
Step 3
Pour the syrup and lemon juice into the pitcher. Add ice to the lemonade.
