- Apple Cider Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- French Baguette - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Ocean salt - a pinch
- Basil - 1 bunch

Mix the milk with the cream and heat to a temperature of 50-140°F — it should be hot to the touch.
Step 2
Add the vinegar and salt. Stir until it separates or leave it overnight.
Step 3
Strain the mixture through a sieve lined with two layers of cheesecloth.
Step 4
When the whey stops draining, place the cheese in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 5
Toast the baguette slices in a toaster, add the cheese and basil, and eat immediately.
