Homemade Beef Liver Pâté with Carrots

Ingredients

  • Beef Kidneys - 2 lbs
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Turnips - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the liver and let it cool. After cooling, grind it through a meat grinder or blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Boil the carrots. Let them cool and grate them on a fine grater.

Step 3

Leave the butter at room temperature to soften.

Step 4

Place all the liver on foil. Sprinkle with finely grated carrots. Spread butter on top and roll it up. Leave it in the foil in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
