  • Kvass wort - 2½ tablespoons
  • Sugar - 0.3 cups
  • Water - 3 qt
  • Dry yeast - 0.5 oz

Pour the wort, sugar, yeast, and water into a jar.

Step 2

Mix well, cover with cheesecloth, and place in a dry, warm place for fermentation. For about 3–4 days.
