Description

- Sesame bun - 0.2 oz
- Lean Beef - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Pickled Cauliflower - 3 pieces
- Ketchup - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add an egg and finely chopped onion to the ground meat. Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, and shape into flat, thin patties. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked through, pressing down with a spatula to maintain the flat shape of the patties.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers into rounds.
Step 3
Cut the rolls in half.
Step 4
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun and ketchup on the top bun.
Step 5
Place a leaf of lettuce on the bottom bun, then add the patty, cheese, a slice of tomato, and cucumbers on top.
Step 6
Cover everything with the top part of the bun and press down slightly.
