Description

Carefully cut open the foil and you can start enjoying this delicious and incredibly juicy sausage. I warn you right away, you won't be able to slice thin pieces from this sausage.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Ground meat - 14.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Curry - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add minced garlic, paprika, herbs, and milk to the ground chicken.

Step 2

Beat the eggs and gradually mix them into the meat mixture — it should not become too liquid; you may only need one egg. You can add a little flour if it turns out too runny.

Step 3

Prepare two sheets of foil, plastic wrap, and sturdy string.

Step 4

Lay out the foil, sprinkle with curry spices, pour half of the meat mixture onto one side, pinch the edges and sides. Transfer to the plastic wrap and tightly wrap several times. Tie the sides with string like a candy, and wrap the sausage itself with string several times to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed under pressure.

Step 5

Lower into a large pot of boiling water for 30–40 minutes, pressing down with a lid or a smaller plate.

Step 6

Remove the cooked sausage from the water, let it cool slightly on the table, and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours without unwrapping.
