Description
For making a homemade hot dog, I used my own homemade garlic ketchup, mayonnaise, Korean-style carrots, and parsley, dill, and watercress grown in my garden! That's why I can rightfully call this recipe homemade! A little effort and love will make your hot dog excellent and unique! The homemade hot dog is ready! It turns out very tasty and nutritious! Much better than store-bought hot dogs! Once you try making a hot dog with this recipe, you won't want to eat any other hot dogs! These hot dogs are loved by both adults and little kids! You can also make them outdoors and grill the sausages over a fire! Of course, you can use store-bought mayonnaise, ketchup, and Korean-style carrots, but you will get a completely different taste. Not as aromatic and healthy. Any sausages will work for the hot dog. Choose the ones you trust. You can also use hunter's sausages; they should be delicious. I used milk sausages. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Mustard Greens - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Watercress - to taste
- Sausages - 3 pieces
- Hot dogs - 3 pieces
- Korean-style Carrots - 5.3 oz
- Ketchup - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the parsley, dill, and watercress thoroughly under running water. Finely chop the herbs.
Step 2
The Korean-style carrots were prepared in advance and have been marinating in the refrigerator for a day, wonderfully infused and now fully ready to eat!
Step 3
For the hot dogs, I bought three elongated buns covered with sesame seeds. The sesame will add a special flavor to our dish. Carefully cut the buns on the side or in the middle (at your discretion). Evenly spread mustard inside the bun. Add the homemade garlic ketchup, also spreading it thoroughly on the entire inner surface of the bun.
Step 4
Now it's time for the mayonnaise. Then, add the Korean-style carrots to the bun. Put in as much as you like.
Step 5
Remove the sausages from their casing, cut them in half, and fry them in a pan with oil on both sides until golden brown. Remove from heat and let the oil drain. Then place one sausage on each bun. Top with chopped herbs.
