Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 4.4 oz
- Whole egg - ½ piece
- Potato - 2.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.1 oz
- Nutmeg - 0 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Lemon - 0.5 oz
- Sumac - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the pork meat along with boiled potato and garlic through a meat grinder twice, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, crushed cinnamon, egg yolks, and mix well.
Step 2
Shape the prepared minced meat into small cylinders 5 cm long and 3 cm in diameter, roll them in flour, and fry in oil.
Step 3
Serve lemon and sumac separately.
