- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Water - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the softened butter with salt, baking soda, sugar, and water. Gradually add the flour and quickly knead the dough. Knead the dough until elastic.

Divide the dough into portion-sized pieces. The size of each piece depends on the size of the tartlet molds.
