Description
1. Roll the minced meat similar to making rolls. First, lift one edge of the foil where the minced meat is placed, make a half turn, peel the foil away from the resulting roll, and repeat the procedure. 2. It is better to lightly grease the foil with oil before placing the minced meat on it.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 lbs
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Russian Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - 3.5 oz
- Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the first roll: Place the turkey breasts, two eggs, and salt in a blender. Blend until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
Step 2
Add the flour, dried herbs, and mix for a few minutes, again in the blender, until you achieve a homogeneous mass.
Step 3
Next, roll out a sheet of foil, place the resulting minced meat on it, and roll it into a sausage. Bake for one hour at 356°F on a rack. You can also use an air fryer at medium fan speed.
Step 4
Brush the resulting sausage with sesame oil and bake for another 10 minutes at 500°F (on high speed in the air fryer) until a nice brown crust forms.
Step 5
Make the second sausage in the same way as the first. However, when placing the minced meat on the foil, first grease your hands with oil, form a ball, and then shape it into an oval pancake.
Step 6
On the resulting pancake, closer to the edge from which we will roll it, place sliced hard-boiled egg and cheese.
Step 7
Wrap everything in the form of a sausage in foil and bake just like the first sausage. Enjoy your meal!!!
