  • Cocoa Powder - ¼ cup
  • Raw cane sugar - ¼ cup
  • Chocolate 53% - 3.9 oz
  • Frangelico Liqueur - ¼ cup
  • 1% Kefir - 4½ cups
  • Roasted Peanuts - 0.9 oz
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Whipped Cream - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and water. Mix the resulting paste well.

Step 2

Pour the milk into a saucepan, place over medium heat, and bring to a boil. Add chopped chocolate and the chocolate paste. Whisk until the chocolate is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the liqueur.

Step 3

Serve topped with whipped cream and hazelnuts.
