Hot Chocolate with Nut Liqueur and Rum

Ingredients

  • Milk - 4 cups
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.9 oz
  • Sugar - ¾ cup
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
  • Dark rum - ½ cup
  • Frangelico Liqueur - ½ cup
  • Whipped Cream - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine the milk, broken chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar and chocolate dissolve and the mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Add the rum and liqueur and heat the mixture until hot. Pour into 6 cups and top with whipped cream.
