Description

- Rum - 13 fl oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Muscovado Sugar - 1 cup
- Date honey - ¾ cup
- Ground clove - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cloves and a little sugar in a mortar. Grind them as finely as possible.
Step 2
Soften the butter at room temperature in a deep bowl. Whip with a mixer until fluffy. While the mixer is running, add the sugar with the cloves and the remaining sugar. Then, pour in the honey in a thin stream.
Step 3
The next steps should be done at the table where the guests are seated. Pour 40 ml of rum into heatproof transparent mugs, then fill with boiling water, leaving about 3 cm from the top.
Step 4
Add a large tablespoon of clove butter to each cup and serve immediately.
