  • Ricotta cheese - 4.2 oz
  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise - 1.6 oz
  • Chili jam - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Thaw the spinach and chop it finely. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 3

Add the chopped artichokes, ricotta, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, chili sauce, Parmesan, and grated mozzarella. Transfer everything to a small baking dish and bake for 20-40 minutes until golden brown.
