  • Marinated mini artichokes - 8.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 2½ tablespoons
  • Ricotta cheese - 6.3 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1.6 oz
  • Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté finely chopped spinach and finely chopped artichokes in a cup of boiling water until soft. Drain.

Step 2

Heat the ricotta in the microwave for about one minute.

Step 3

Quickly mix all the ingredients and serve.
