  • Oyster Mushrooms - 1.8 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - to taste
  • Sumac - to taste
  • Ground Cumin - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the chickpeas overnight.

Step 2

The next day, boil and blend until smooth, adding tahini and lemon juice.

Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms with the onion and place them on the hummus.

Step 4

Sprinkle with sumac and cumin.
