Ingredients
- Fish - 2 lbs
- Green peppercorns - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 3 heads
- Paprika - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean and gut the fish. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Add the onion. Salt and cook until partially done.
Step 2
Remove the fish and break it into small pieces. Strain the broth.
Step 3
Dice the pepper and tomatoes. Add them to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the fish and cook until done.
Step 4
Add paprika. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
