Hungarian Soup 'Chorba' with Mint and Garlic
Ingredients
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Garlic Scapes - 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Mint - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Fermented Milk - 7 fl oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Beans - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the young beans in salted water.
Step 2
Chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in vegetable oil with salt.
Step 3
Sauté the flour and dissolve it in water. Add the onions, garlic, and red pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until the soup thickens.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Add mint leaves.
Step 5
Boil the eggs hard and slice them. Add to the soup.
Step 6
