- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pickles - 2 tablespoons
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 head

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, milk, vinegar, pickle sauce, parsley, green onion, and a quarter teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place the iceberg lettuce (with the core removed, cut into 4 parts) on a platter or on 4 serving plates and drizzle with the dressing.
