Description

Ingredients
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Ice - 8 pieces
- Espresso - 2 fl oz
- Caramel Syrup - 0 fl oz
- Grated Chocolate - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Froth the milk until it forms a milk foam (about 100 ml).
Step 2
Prepare the espresso.

Get a blender, add the espresso, 5 ice cubes, water, and add the simple syrup. Blend everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Take a cocktail glass (up to 400 ml), pour in about 100 ml of cold milk to fill it 1/4 full, add 3–4 ice cubes, and pour in the blended mixture.
Step 5
It is important that the liquid in the glass does not reach the edge by about 1 cm.
Step 6
Next, fill the glass to the top with milk foam and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
