Ingredients

  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
  • Instant coffee - 2 fl oz
  • Cinnamon - 1 piece
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 8 fl oz
  • Ground clove - 5 pieces
  • Crushed ice - to taste
  • Kahlúa Liqueur - 4 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a pitcher, mix the coffee, grated ginger root, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour in 1.2 liters of hot water and let it cool.

Step 2

Strain the coffee through a sieve into a clean pitcher. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir.

Step 3

Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour in the coffee. Optionally, add a bit of liqueur and serve.
