Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Cucumbers - 17.6 oz
- Cauliflower - 500 pieces
- Onion - 17.6 oz
- Salt - 17.6 oz
- Chinese green beans - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 qt
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Turmeric - 0.5 oz
- English Dry Mustard - 1.1 oz
- Ginger - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop various vegetables, such as cucumbers, pumpkin, green beans, onion, cauliflower, and green tomatoes.
Step 2
Place all of this on a plate, sprinkle with salt, cover, and leave for a day, then rinse well and drain the water.
Step 3
Heat the vinegar, pouring off 3–4 tablespoons first. Mix sugar with turmeric, dry mustard, and ground ginger in the warm vinegar, then add the vegetables and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the flour with the poured-off vinegar, add it to the pot, and stir until it boils. Let it simmer for another 30 minutes. Pour the finished marinade into jars and seal them. Serve with meat and tea.
