Indian seafood soup
Ingredients
- Squid - 2.5 oz
- Skin-on dorado fillet - 5.3 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 6 pieces
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.1 oz
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, pour in the milk and 100 ml of water, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Crush, peel, and finely chop 0.5 clove of garlic, and cut 2 thin slices of chili pepper.
Step 3
Cut the fish into small pieces, slice the squid in half crosswise, and cut the shrimp into several pieces.
Step 4
Add the seafood to the boiling milk and bring back to a boil.
Step 5
Add the garlic and chili pepper, cook for another 1 minute, and remove from heat.
Step 6
Finely chop the cilantro.
Step 7
Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
