Instant khachapuri on the skillet
Ingredients
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- Natural Yogurt - 6.7 oz
- Suluguni Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Feta cheese - 5.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add the yogurt and knead the dough.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and mix it with the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Shape small balls from the cheese.
Step 5
Roll out the dough.
Step 6
Cut into equal pieces.
Step 7
After shaping 2 flatbreads, place a cheese ball in between them and seal the edges to prevent the filling from leaking out.
Step 8
Roll out the prepared dough with a rolling pin before frying.
Step 9
Heat the skillet. Cover it with a lid and fry the khachapuri on each side for at least 3 minutes.
