Ingredients
- Instant coffee - 0.2 oz
- White Chocolate - 3.2 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 2.5 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Irish Whiskey - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the white chocolate: 90 g of white chocolate...25 ml of cream...125 ml of milk...10 ml of whiskey. Break the white chocolate into pieces, pour milk and cream over it. Heat over low heat until the chocolate melts. Let the mixture cool and add the whiskey.
Step 2
For the milk chocolate: 70 g of dark chocolate...125 ml of milk...25 ml of liquid cream...10 ml of whiskey. Prepare the milk chocolate in exactly the same way.
Step 3
For the foam: 160 ml of liquid cream...5 ml of instant coffee. Whip the cream with the instant coffee.
Step 4
In tall glasses, first pour in the white chocolate, then the milk chocolate, and top with a layer of creamy foam.
