- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Paprika - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (saving 1 yolk for brushing) and knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator for some time (about an hour) to allow the dough to firm up.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut into strips.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Arrange the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the yolk. Bake until golden brown.
