Description
You can use Mexican tortillas instead of Italian flatbreads.
Ingredients
- Papadam flatbread - 4 pieces
- Prosciutto - 8 slices
- Taleggio cheese - 7.1 oz
- Arugula - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 2
Place one flatbread on the grill, top it with half of the cheese, then half of the prosciutto and half of the arugula. Cover with the second flatbread.
Step 3
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, carefully flipping, until the cheese starts to melt and the flatbread turns golden. Remove from heat and cut into 4 pieces. Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients.
