Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 8.8 oz
- Vodka - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic with a knife.
Step 2
Finely chop the chili pepper.
Step 3
Also chop the parsley.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, chili, and parsley in it.
Step 5
Add the tomato paste, mix, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add the unpeeled shrimp and pour in a little vodka.
Step 7
Cook, stirring, for 10–15 minutes.
Step 8
Serve directly from the heat.
