Ingredients
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Spinach - 14.1 oz
- Celery stalk - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 2 qt
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Dry White Wine - to taste
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, egg, and milk. Stir, season with salt and pepper, and add Parmesan. Roll into balls and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 356°F.
Step 2
Dice the onion, carrots, and celery into equal cubes. In a pot, sauté the vegetables in olive oil and butter, pour in 50 ml of wine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then pour in the broth, bring everything to a boil, and add the meatballs at the end.
Step 3
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, add spinach and other herbs.
