Description
Nothing complicated—just zucchini with a typical set of ingredients from Japanese cuisine: teriyaki sauce, chili pepper, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. In fact, they require almost no cooking; only 2 minutes of heat is needed. Very similar to smashed cucumbers, but with their own unique flair.

- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
