  • Fish - 10.6 oz
  • Dark red seaweed - 1.8 oz
  • Morels - 7.1 oz
  • Tofu - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sake - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Cube the tofu and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Slice the lemon and add it to the soup. Pour in the sake and soy sauce. Add salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Step 4
