Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Salted crackers - 2.1 oz
- Canned Corn - 1.8 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 6 pieces
- Quail Egg - 3 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts - 0.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 2 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the chicken eggs. Make a 2 cm hole at the blunt end of the egg. You can use the handle of a spoon or a fork for this. Pour the contents of the shell into a separate bowl. It can be used for preparing other dishes.
Step 3
Dissolve baking soda in a liter of warm water. Submerge the shells in the water and let them soak for 30 minutes. Rinse under running water.
Step 4
Lower the quail eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 minutes. Cool them under running water.
Step 5
Peel the quail eggs and cut them in half.
Step 6
Slice the olives into rings.
Step 7
Soak the gelatin in 200 ml of cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Heat the broth to 70–176°F and dissolve the softened gelatin in it. Add salt to taste.
Step 9
Place the eggshell in an egg holder. At the bottom, layer corn, shrimp, olives, half of a quail egg, and microgreens.
Step 10
Pour in the broth with gelatin. Leave in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
Step 11
Before serving, remove the shell from the jellied eggs.
