Jellied eggs are a delightful dish that combines cooked eggs with a savory gelatinous broth. This dish is often served as an appetizer or a side at gatherings, showcasing a beautiful presentation. Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
  • Gelatin - 0.5 oz
  • Salted crackers - 2.1 oz
  • Canned Corn - 1.8 oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 6 pieces
  • Quail Egg - 3 pieces
  • Peanut Sprouts - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 2 spoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the chicken eggs. Make a 2 cm hole at the blunt end of the egg. You can use the handle of a spoon or a fork for this. Pour the contents of the shell into a separate bowl. It can be used for preparing other dishes.

Dissolve baking soda in a liter of warm water. Submerge the shells in the water and let them soak for 30 minutes. Rinse under running water.

Lower the quail eggs into a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 minutes. Cool them under running water.

Peel the quail eggs and cut them in half.

Slice the olives into rings.

Soak the gelatin in 200 ml of cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat the broth to 70–176°F and dissolve the softened gelatin in it. Add salt to taste.

Place the eggshell in an egg holder. At the bottom, layer corn, shrimp, olives, half of a quail egg, and microgreens.

Pour in the broth with gelatin. Leave in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.

Before serving, remove the shell from the jellied eggs.
