Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Ham - 1.4 oz
- Green Peas - 3 tablespoons
- Canned Corn - 3 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.3 pieces
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
- Gelatin - 2 tablespoons
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water and let it swell for 1 hour.
Step 2
Wash the eggs with baking soda, dry them, and make a 3 cm hole in the blunt end. Pour the contents of the eggs into a jar and refrigerate.
Step 3
Soak the eggshells in a baking soda solution for 15 minutes, then rinse under running water.
Step 4
Dice the bell pepper and cut the ham into strips.
Step 5
Dissolve the broth cube in 0.5 cup of hot water.
Step 6
Pour the swollen gelatin into the broth.
Step 7
Place herbs and pepper at the bottom of the eggshell, add ham, peas, corn, and pour in the broth with gelatin.
Step 8
Refrigerate overnight.
Step 9
After the gelatin has set, remove the eggs from the shells.
