- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Milk - to taste
- Potato protein - to taste
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add a little potato starch and water, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Spread the prepared minced meat evenly on a wet cheesecloth.
Step 3
Make an omelet from the eggs and milk.
Step 4
Boil the carrot, peel it, and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Place the omelet in the center of the meat layer, then top with the boiled carrot.
Step 6
Form a roll and boil it in a small amount of water.
Step 7
Remove the roll, cool it, and take off the cheesecloth.
Step 8
Add the swollen gelatin to the broth, bring it to a boil, and let it cool slightly.
Step 9
Cut the finished roll into pieces, pour over the broth and gelatin mixture, and refrigerate.
