Juicy Burger with Pineapple
Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 12.3 oz
- Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salted Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 2 slices
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- White Cheddar Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces
- Eel - 1.4 oz
- Canned Baby Beets - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chili flakes, and finely chopped garlic, seasoning with pepper and salt. Form 2 patties slightly larger than the buns and refrigerate. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Slice the onion into rings and sauté. Be careful when flipping the onion so the rings don't fall apart. Remove the skillet from heat and set the onion aside.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue (or heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a skillet). Brush the pineapple slices with olive oil, grill until golden brown, and place on a plate. Then grill the patties. On the hot side of the patties, place a slice of cheese.
Step 3
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the eggs and cook for about 4 minutes until the yolk sets. Slice the buns in half and toast the cut side.
Step 4
On the bottom half of the bun, layer a leaf of lettuce, beets, a slice of tomato, sautéed onion, pineapple, patty, and egg. Then cover with the top half of the bun. Your juicy burgers are ready. Enjoy your meal!
