Ingredients
- Champignons - 10 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- 10% cream - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 teaspoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Round Bun - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Step 3
Chop the onion into half-rings. Sauté in vegetable oil until translucent.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and cook until all the liquid evaporates.
Step 5
Add the sautéed fillet, sour cream, wheat flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes until the julienne thickens.
Step 6
Carefully cut off the tops of the buns and remove the insides, leaving not too thick walls.
Step 7
Fill the buns with warm julienne and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 8
Place in the oven or microwave (grill) for 3–4 minutes and keep until the cheese melts.
