Description
Julienne in tartlets
Ingredients
- Tartlets - 30 pieces
- Champignons - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Dice the onion finely.
Step 3
Slice several champignon mushrooms lengthwise, making sure to have the same number of slices as there are tartlets. Chop the remaining mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat 20 ml of vegetable oil and 30 grams of butter, and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 5
Add finely chopped mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until golden brown. At the end, add crushed garlic.
Step 6
In a separate skillet, sauté the mushroom slices in a mixture of vegetable oil and butter (20 ml and 20 g) until golden brown.
Step 7
In a saucepan, melt the remaining butter, add the flour, and stir until smooth.
Step 8
Gradually pour the cream into the saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Cook, stirring continuously, until it thickens to a jelly-like consistency. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 9
Fill the tartlet shells with the mushrooms and onions, pour over the creamy sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 10
Place a slice of mushroom on each tartlet and bake them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 11
Serve the julienne in tartlets at the festive table.
