Very tasty with potato dishes. Vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Dill - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and chop the vegetables and herbs randomly (instead of or along with dill, you can use parsley and/or celery), place everything in a blender cup, add half of the chilled kefir (or sour milk, but then it should be diluted with mineral water to avoid thickness, or conversely, add 1–3 tablespoons of cottage cheese to turn it into a cottage cheese salad, but then it will be a different dish), and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add salt and blend again until the ingredients are very finely chopped.
Step 3
Pour into cups (the edges of which can be decorated with salt crystals).
Step 4
Serve cold.
