Description
If you alternate kefir with tomato (a ladle of kefir, a ladle of tomato) — beautiful circles will form on the plate. I want to add, I recently tried an icy kefir soup with a hot poached egg — it's something, very delicious! If I get a picture, I'll share it.
Ingredients
- 1% Kefir - 1 qt
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 1 head
- Cucumbers - 17.6 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Ground Cumin - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the vegetables (the onion with herbs and garlic can be crushed to release their juice).
Step 2
Add cucumbers, diced into small cubes.
Step 3
Blend a large juicy tomato (those who like can add the bell pepper as well).
Step 4
Pour the crushed onion, garlic, and herbs with very chilled kefir.
Step 5
Add the tomato mixture. Stir lightly. Add good olive oil and cumin.
