Ingredients
- Kiwi - 2 pieces
- Apple - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the kiwi and apple, and remove the outer layer (rough fibers) from the celery stalk.
Step 2
Cut the apple, kiwi, and celery into small pieces. Chop a few sprigs of fresh basil.
Step 3
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The mixture will be quite thick.
Step 4
Dilute the mixture with water to taste. You can use either regular or sparkling water.
