Kiwis Stuffed with Three Cheeses
Ingredients
- Kiwi - 6 pieces
- Camembert cheese - 2.6 oz
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 6.3 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the kiwis. Cut them in half and scoop out the center with a spoon.
Step 2
Place the Parmesan, grated Cheddar, Camembert (peeled), sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and pour in the wine. Heat the butter and mix it with the flour, remove from heat, and add 125 ml of cream while whisking vigorously.
Step 3
Put it back on the heat. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the cream, and mix well. Divide the mixture into two parts and mix one with the remaining cream. Chill, covered with plastic wrap.
Step 4
Fill the kiwi halves with the thicker mixture and press them together. Stand the kiwis upright on a plate and drizzle the thinner mixture on top. Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
